One of the things I've been doing lately is experimenting with new recipes. As I've gotten older, my tastes have changed and have expanded. For example, U used to hate Green Bell Peppers. Still not a fan of them. But then I learned that the Green ones are harvested before they're fully ripened and so haven't produced all the sugars they have in them when they ripen into the Yellow, Orange or Red varieties.

So when I saw this recipe, I thought that I'd give it a shot and rolled the dice.

I wasn't sure what we'd get, but what we got was tasty as all heck

This is a nice one since it can be served over different things. Bread Bowls, Rice, Egg Noodles...whatever.
