Customers Suck

While this is a very true statement, this isn't what you may assume this is. I'm not complaining about how sucky customers are, but I'm complaining about the website Customers Suck (www.customerssuck.com).

You see, it seems that I am not permitted to have an opinion on this site anymore.

Case in point, someone posted a story on how it was sucky that a customer complained that a service call window was delayed by a family emergency of the technician. He had to take care of the emergency and instead of the 4 hour window quoted, the guy came late.

Well speaking from personal experience I have never had anyone come in the 4 hour window quoted to me. EVER, so I know the frustration therein. Woman called and perhaps wasn't as nice as she could have been, but if you arrange your schedule to open a 4 hour window, and you're stuck for many hours more waiting (and having to alter your plans again if not totally shit-can them), it can get annoying. The company offered the woman a $25 gift card as a way of an apology. The poster of the story and the employee of said company was annoyed at the company for doing that and so posted that story. I commented on it saying that I failed to see the suck since in my case (not getting service until 7pm on my 12-4pm window) I would have loved for my cable company to have done that for me.

So I log on to CS a week later and lo and behold. There is a private message from one of the moderators saying that my comment to the story had been removed for...
This post was deleted for failing to see the suck:
Yes, I was pulled from that thread because I didn't become one of the thousands of "Yes Men" and chant "Burn the bitch at the stake" like the rest of them. My opinion was denied.

So now as a means of protest my signature there was changed by me to "I have no opinion. I'm not allowed."

I'm not sure how much longer I'll be with that site. It all depends on what the Main Moderator says.
